We are Carolyn and Erik Homan and we both offer Personal Training and Fitness Coaching at Live to Cycle Fitness in Hollister, CA.  We can even provide our services at your home or virtually.  Erik also offers Triathlon Coaching for you multi-sport athletes.  Our Mission and Goal is to give your exercise more purpose and maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life.  We will help you strive for progress, not perfection and we understand that fitness is not a destination, but a way of life.  We specialize in understanding our client's fitness goals and we build programs with passion and care, to help achieve them.

In addition to being an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Carolyn has been an AFAA Certified Group Instructor, a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor and Certified Tabata Bootcamp Trainer since 2010.  Carolyn has been passionate about helping anyone, at any age and any fitness level, to lead a happy, healthy and long life. 

Erik is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has been involved in fitness for over 30 years.  He was a Cross Country runner in high school, a gym rat in college and has been a Triathlete since 2009.  Erik is AFAA Certified in Practical Modality and is also a Certified Spinning Instructor at Live To Cycle Fitness.  

Both Erik and Carolyn also have ACE Certifications specializing in Mental Fitness, Periodization Training, Programs for Active Older Adults, Aerobic Exercise, Energy Zone Training, Fitness Assessments and Breathing Techniques.  ‚Äč
